JAY MCCANDLESSA Tau Beta Pi, Magna Cum Laude graduate of UCLA with a Masters in Electromagnetics Engineering, Jay McCandless has been designing and building RF, microwave, and millimeter wave circuits, modules and subsystems, such as radio front ends and active low cost phased array antennas for over 25 years. He is regarded as an expert in microwave and millimeter wave circuit and antenna design and is known for his creative solutions for 3D microwave packaging problems. He has twelve patents and one pending in the field and has worked consistently on high frequency cutting edge technology, most recently in designing modules for E-Band radios. Since 2004, he has run a successful consulting business working on diverse projects from mobile wireless applications to defense electronics to commercial ultra high frequency radios. He is well known and respected in the industry. |

MARIJKE MCCANDLESSA Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude graduate of UCLA, Marijke McCandless is a proven executive with a track record of complex project management, strategic sales and marketing, solution selling, re-branding and product strategy formulation. She is a published writer and has worked in many different industries as a communication, conflict resolution and facilitation specialist. She has been a DRC certified mediator in North Carolina and a council member of the Dispute Resolution Section of the NC Bar Association. Since 2004, she has been working as a key member of various executive management teams in the broadband wireless industry. |
